International Game Technology PLC (IGT) announced on July 7, 2016 that its agreement with partner luxury liner Carnival Cruise fleet will bring about the realization of the innovative technology aptly called TRUE 3D on every 3D video slot Wheel of Fortune (WOF) Double Diamond® across Carnival fleet ships.
The technology dubbed TRUE 3D is remarkable as players no longer have to wear 3D eyeglasses to enjoy TRUE 3D. The technology and the WoF Double Diamond 3D video slots debut on 9 Carnival ships. However, plans to add TRUE 3D to more Carnival cruise ships is in the offing.
IGT’s Senior Vice President of Sales Nick Khin said that the debut of WoF Double Diamond 3D video slot from IGT and its Spin N Sail marketing campaign with Carnival Cruise typify that the company collaborates with its clients to provide exciting and unique experience to players. Now on its 20th year, and after over 200 themed games played across the globe, this new agreement between IGT and Carnival Cruise marks another significant milestone for the Wheel of Fortune slots designed by IGT.
