DoubleDown Casino Interactive has added a third Wheel of Fortune® slot to its suite of online games. Wheel of Fortune® Extra Spin joins Wheel of Fortune® Double Diamond and Wheel of Fortune® Triple Extreme Spin on both desktop and mobile as IGT’s social subsidiary partner seeks to further capitalize on the popularity of the game show format.
This variant of Wheel of Fortune will be played on a 5 reel format with 20 available paylines. The wild will trigger an automatic 2x multiple of any winning combination it appears in. The game will feature a special Wheel Bonus feature, which changes all spin symbols into the letters W,H,E,E and L. In this feature, a letter will award a random number of free spins or wins of between 10 and 250x the stake bet.
Additionally, the game boasts a second bonus called The Vault. In this bonus, Vault symbols appearing on the center reels will transform into pickers to give users the chance to win payouts from 5 to 25x their original stake.
